How do I create a puppy shot calendar?
Open the Puppy Shot Calendar, enter an optional puppy or litter name and the whelp date, then choose Generate Calendar.
The page calculates age milestones and offers a Download / Print Record PDF link. You can also choose Blank Record PDF to start with an empty worksheet.
These dates are age milestones, not automatic vaccine appointments. Review the plan with your veterinarian and record actual vaccinations separately. The worksheet is not proof of vaccination.
