Purple Pups GSD

Welcome to Purple Pups GSD! I'm a German Shepherd breeder located in Woodbridge, Virginia, with a passion for raising healthy, well-socialized puppies who can become wonderful family companions.

Before starting my breeding program, I spent 13 years working professionally as a dog trainer. That experience has shaped the way I raise my puppies, with a strong focus on early socialization, positive experiences, and age-appropriate training.

German Shepherds are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and versatility. While the breed has a rich working-dog history, my focus at Purple Pups GSD is on raising puppies for families who appreciate the breed's companionship and are committed to providing the training, exercise, and care German Shepherds need.

My puppies are raised in my home, where they receive daily attention, handling, and opportunities to explore their surroundings. I introduce early skills such as crate training, potty training, and basic manners to help prepare them for the transition into their new homes.

I believe responsible breeding includes thoughtful puppy raising, attention to health, and helping families understand the breed before bringing a puppy home.
